2. Services
We offer web development, design, and related digital services. The scope of services will be defined in the project proposal or invoice provided to the client.
MeshDex One is part of MeshDex, but MeshDex One products are governed by their own product-specific legal pages. If you use MeshDex One, please refer to the separate Privacy Policy and Terms for MeshDex One.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.
4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to the completed project deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
6. Portfolio, Client Logo, and Work Showcase Rights
By engaging MeshDex for any project, whether directly as a client, as a vendor, agency, reseller, consultant, or as someone managing work for your own client, you grant MeshDex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to identify the completed work as work performed by MeshDex and to display the relevant business name, brand name, logo, project screenshots, public website links, and non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio, client list, case studies, proposals, website, social media, and marketing materials.
If you are engaging MeshDex on behalf of your own client or another business, you represent and confirm that you have the authority to grant MeshDex these showcase and reference rights for that client or business. MeshDex may use such references without requiring separate consent from you or from your client, provided the use is limited to accurately showing that MeshDex contributed to or completed the work.
MeshDex will not claim ownership of your trademarks or your client's trademarks, and such use will not imply partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship beyond an accurate reference to the work performed, unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In such cases, payment will be required for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Job and Internship Applications
When you apply for a job or internship at MeshDex, the following terms apply:
- MeshDex reserves the right to evaluate all applicants based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
- Your application will be considered solely for the role you have applied for unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We may retain your application and personal details for future openings that match your qualifications, unless you request otherwise.
- Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.
- MeshDex will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the recruitment process, including unsuccessful applications or the termination of an application.
- By applying for a position, you consent to MeshDex evaluating your qualifications and contacting you regarding the status of your application.
10. B2B Email Outreach & Marketing Communication
As part of our global B2B operations and business development, MeshDex may send professional outreach or business communication emails in good faith to organizations and business representatives worldwide when we believe our services may be beneficial.
Sources of Business Contact Information:
- Public business and company listings, LinkedIn, websites, and industry directories
- Trusted B2B data platforms such as Apollo or ZoomInfo
- Information shared with us by partner organizations
- Contact details you voluntarily provide via our website or communications
Purpose of Outreach:
- Introduce our business services and solutions
- Share relevant updates, resources, or invitations
- Respond to requests or business collaboration enquiries
